Dustin was very professional and polite. As a first time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the inspection process. He explained everything going on both before and after the inspection, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Definitely recommended.
Dustin was wonderful and extremely thorough. We used him for two separate inspections and both were detailed, organized and easy to understand. We will absolutely use Apple again in the future and will be recommending them to everybody we know!
Used Apple Inspections for the first time recently. They were very thorough. We were aware of some issues but they found many more. They were will to talk and explain their findings immediately but sent an extremely useful report with pictures the next day. We will certainly use them for our next inspection.

Have now used Apple Inspections twice. As with the first time, I was extremely impressed with how thorough they were. Again, they went over findings immediately and then sent a detailed report with pictures. I would certainly use them if we need another inspection.
I wanted to be as detailed in my review as Apple Inspections was on my inspection. Getting the inspection appointment set up was very easy and in minutes via their text option. The company also had a very good turn around time on responding to emails. I appreciate them being very punctual. My inspector took alot of time documenting issues of concern. Please do yourselves a favor and invest in the extra cost of a inspection if you are on the buyers end so you don’t end up stuck with someone’s “flip”.
Mr. Todd Valentine of Apple Inspections did a remarkable job with our recent home inspection. The incredibly detailed, thorough, clearly communicated assessment and recommendations were absolutely fantastic. The top-notch work truly made it possible for my wife and I to make a perfectly informed decision as we worked to purchase a new home in Saint Louis while currently residing out-of-state. In addition to all of the great work provided, Apple Inspection’s ability to coordinate all of the other specialized inspections (as well as review and augment them!) was invaluable to us as we worked to make a time-sensitive offer in a very competitive market. I sent requests for a home inspection quotes to several companies. Apple Inspections responded promptly, had a competitive quote, scheduled the inspection and completed it quickly. I was able to get on the phone the next day to go over the results with the inspector Todd. Highly recommended.
